The Lighthouse Charity logo will adorn the front of the Plymouth Argyle’s men's third kit for the 2026/27 Sky Bet League One season.

Classic Builders, front-of-shirt sponsors and long-term supporters of both Argyle and the Lighthouse Charity, seized the opportunity to share the limelight with their chosen charity. Lighthouse Charity provides 24/7 holistic support to our UK and Ireland construction community covering all aspects of emotional, physical, and financial wellbeing. This support is delivered through its free and confidential 24/7 helpline and one-to-one online chat service, as well as through the free Lighthouse Charity app.

Their #MakeItVisible team visits construction sites across the country, sharing their own lived experiences and helping to reduce the stigma of starting a conversation, and creating a safe space for people to talk.

Classic Builders are a well-renowned building firm that operates throughout the South West is led by four lifelong Argyle fans; Fred Bennetton, Adam Brimacombe, Darren Wills, and Jason Battle. The company has also been a stalwart supporter of the Lighthouse Charity South West region for a number of years.

Fred Bennetton, Classic Builders Director, said: "We're absolutely delighted to return as front-of-shirt sponsors of Plymouth Argyle and we immediately wanted to use this opportunity to give something back to our community and our long-standing charity partner, the Lighthouse Charity.

I started in construction as an apprentice bricklayer in 1986 and it's an amazing industry to work in. It also has its challenges so we wanted to raise awareness of the Lighthouse Charity and the fantastic work they do to support our workforce. Being in the position of being able to give something back to our community makes us incredibly proud and emotional and our amazing relationship with the Lighthouse Charity means that we are helping to change and save lives. Seeing our name on the home shirts still brings a lump to my throat, and now seeing the Lighthouse Charity's name on the third kit shirts is the equivalent of lifting a trophy for us."

The third kit shirts have been available since 15 August and have already proved to be very popular with Argyle fans. The third kit shirt was proudly worn for the first time by the Pilgrims on Saturday 22 August in their away match to Wycombe Wanderers, which resulted in a draw after Argyle took an early lead.

Sarah Bolton, CEO of the Lighthouse Charity, said: "This amazing opportunity has been made possible by our long term supporters, Classic Builders who have been incredibly generous in shining a spotlight on the Lighthouse Charity and the work we do to support our construction community.

Football connects people, especially within construction, so seeing our logo and charity name front and centre on the shirts is a very proud moment for us."
