HARROGATE: National merchant Wolseley has donated materials to help restore a collapsed wall in Harrogate's Temple Gardens.
Disputed ownership of the gardens has meant that the wall had stood in disrepair for more than a decade.
Ripon Rowels Rotary Club took action with help from local businesses to address the problem.
President Andrew Webster said: "It would have cost more than £2000 for the repairs but thanks to Wolseley UK, HACS Construction and Tree World the job was done free of charge."
