LEAMINGTON SPA: Ian Meakins, chief executive officer of the Wolseley UK, picked up £1.9m in salary and bonus during his first full year heading the company.
Wolseley, the heating and plumbing merchant posed pre-tax losses of £328m in the year to July. The company spent £1.19m in pay-offs to former directors Rob Marchbank and Steve Webster earlier this year.
