PETERBOROUGH: Xpelair Ventilation Solutions has appointed Ian Williams to head up its new training offering.
The company has refreshed its range of training courses and support they provide to their installer and specifier customers to address the increasing market demand for MEV and MVHR ventilation systems.
Mr Williams commented: “There’s no doubt that the ventilation industry is moving at a rapid rate. It is no longer about supplying a product for an application, it’s about providing a solution to a problem. That is why we are seeing a market shift from unitary ventilation to whole house systems.
“However, these types of solutions are a much more complex installation than that of traditional ventilation products, which means a different skill set. To make sure it’s a smooth transition so these systems are installed correctly and fit for purpose, we have completely updated our training package. This means our customers have access to the latest training courses and technical advice so they can continue to carry out their work confidently and competently.”
