NORTHAMPTON: Wickes has upgraded its home delivery management to meet growing home delivery sales generated by its web site.
Dean Heatlie, operations general manager said: "customers often come into the store to view the item, go away and think about it, and then order online with the delivery."
Wickes is using a MetaPack delivery management system, also used by retailers including M&S and John Lewis, to replace a paper-based manual system.
