KENT: Jablite is celebrating the Royal Institute of British Architects’ approval of its Insulation Technical Manual. It will now included in RIBA’s CPD Providers Network.
The manual was rigorously evaluated by the team of RIBA assessors who benchmarked it against strict best practice guidelines.
This process ensures that RIBA's CPD Providers Network has access to the very highest standards of documentation for use by architects and specifiers, as well as ensuring it is totally focused on the needs of construction professionals.
Richard Lee sales director at Jablite, manufacturers of expanded polystyrene insulation, explained: “The Technical Manual provides detailed technical information, backed up by application and installation drawings, on the use of EPS insulation in floors, walls and roofs.
“The 206-page document includes unbiased reference information that architects and specifiers will find essential in meeting Building Regulations and industry codes of practice.”
This accolade follows recognition from the Building Research Establishment (BRE), which recently awarded EPS an A+ rating in its Green Guide to Specification, which confirmed that Jablite is a high performance insulation material with the very best sustainability credentials.
