Charity sees income drop by 37% during April
The Rainy Day Trust's income has taken a serious beating since COVID-19 took hold.
To the end of April, the charity - and Builders' Merchants News partner - is down 37% on budget and it isn't going to get any easier.
The charity desperately needs help to maintain its income so that it can continue to help people.
It appreciates that there are numerous demands on people's hard-earned cash, which is why it is encouraging people to support it without costing anything.
Virgin Money Giving is running #declutteranddonate using the Ziffit App. Basically, you have a tidy up, scan the bar codes of the stuff you want to get rid of, and then nominate The Rainy Day Trust to receive the proceeds, and you can gift aid it too.
So why not give it a go? Follow the link and have a clear out!
