EWLOE: Paul Smith, group finance director of builders' merchants Travis Perkins, has been appointed non-executive director of house builder, Redrow.
Smith previously served as a non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee at DX Services and Polestar UK and has been appointed chair of Redrow's audit committee.
Smith's appointment is one of several board changes. Alan Jackson becomes non-executive deputy chairman and senior independent director.
