LONDON: B&Q has commissioned Interact 20|20 to create installations for its Green Saves You Money campaign, to be showcased at the 'Garden Party to Make a Difference' from 8-19 September.

The event will take place in Clarence House gardens and is organised by Start, an initiative that is part of the Prince's Charities Foundation to encourage sustainable living.

Interact 20|20 has created a series of installations, including The Water Fall, which features a huge shower head with cascades of droplets of water spelling out messages; a giant paint can sculpture to remind visitors they can recycle paint; and a giant piggy bank to convey the idea that being green saves money.

Patrick Donovan managing director, Interact 20|20 said: "We are taking a message-led, fun approach to what is essentially a very serious issue."

"We are confident that the visual impact of the installations will attract people and make them want to find out more about projects they can do at home to lead greener lives and save money."
