MILTON KEYNES: Kingfisher has bought National Energy Services, a company of energy assessors and low-carbon building professionals.
National Energy Services has championed the benefits of energy certificates for buildings for more than 20 years. NES services include training and qualifications for energy assessors, accreditation schemes for energy assessors and home inspectors.
Kingfisher's brands include B&Q and the purchase of NES will serve to accelerate Kingfisher's growth plans in the fast-growing energy efficiency sector, the company says.
