CORNWALL: Plumbing and heating website, heatandplumb.com has changed servers and is hosted by Iomart Hosting.
The website, set up by Austen Salton in 2003, attracts 186 000 visitors a month and has a turnover of £4.8m.
Mr Salton was frustrated with the service from hosting companies. "With previous providers we've spent up to three days in a queue to get help when our website has gone down," he said.
The website serves consumer and the commercial markets with product for the bath, kitchen, standard fuel and solar heating systems, and special-care products for the disabled.
Iomart Hosting provides and manages hosting services, its network infrastructure, including five data centres in the UK.
