EH Smith and local roofer sort out Scout hut leaks

BROMSGROVE: EH Smith builders' merchants and local roofer, Richard Owen replaced a failed roof on a scout hut. The merchant and roofer stepped in when fund raising fell short to complete the necessary repairs.

BROMSGROVE: EH Smith builders' merchants and local roofer, Richard Owen replaced a failed roof on a scout hut. The merchant and roofer stepped in when fund raising fell short to complete the necessary repairs.

Dave Smith, one of the 4th Bromsgrove Scout leaders, said that despite a well-attended group everyone is "feeling the pinch". "We cannot thank everyone involved enough for their generosity." With the roof rebuilt the money raised by the scout group will now to go towards new equipment for this years' camping expedition."
