WARWICK: The success of Baxi Commercial Division's heateam Commercial Service has led to the creation of the new role of field service manager and Gavin Davies has taken on the challenge to fill this position.
WARWICK: The success of Baxi Commercial Division's heateam Commercial Service has led to the creation of the new role of field service manager and Gavin Davies has taken on the challenge to fill this position.
Mr Davies will be leading and managing the organisation's field service team along with the field service agent network.
In addition to expanding the field service team over the next 12 months, training is a big part of my role,” he stated.
“As well as commissioning and servicing boilers, the heateam Commercial Service network has knowledge and familiarisation with low-to-zero carbon solutions solutions, which is now strengthened by the breadth of experience I can bring to the job."
Previously an engineer with North American Combustion, where he commissioned process plants in both the UK and overseas, Mr Davies joined Andrews Water Heaters as a commissioning engineer.
