Working with CES North East, the centre will be sited at uts head office in Gateshead.

Installers from across the UK will be given hands-on instruction on fitting Myson products.

The training centre will also allow installers the to learn more about using the products with sustainable technology, including airsource heat pumps.

Barry Lynch, group head of products at Myson, said: "We want the end-users to receive a well-fitted product, leading to customer satisfaction, which reflects well on the installer and, in turn, on Myson and its products. This will also provide opportunities for first-hand feedback on our products."
