WEST MIDLANDS: Supply difficulties during the recession have affected Imperial Ware and Impulse Bathrooms. Despite some setbacks, the company achieved growth of over 25% worldwide in the last three years.
Imperial Ware and Impulse Bathrooms, have not been unaffected and have experienced some difficulties in common with all those others producing or sourcing in China.
The group has achieved tremendous growth of over 25% worldwide in the last 3-years and Impulse Bathrooms has itself expanded into a major bathroom brand in the UK.
Group managing director Jan Klomp said: “The company’s exceptional growth also includes a new strategy of adding OEM products to group sales activities. Three major contracts have already been agreed.
“These ambitious growth plans mean that the group is now actively seeking to acquire an established ceramic manufacturing plant in North West Europe with a preference for the UK as the location."
To ensure these plans are fully implemented, Mr Klomp is moving from his Far East base to Germany where he will create a dedicated support team.
The company is also looking towards growth in the commercial sector. The complete range of DocM products is being added to the new Comfort product range, addressing the market for live-at-home elderly and disabled individuals.
