PORT GLASGOW: B&Q is taking the largest unit at the Port Glasgow site on former shipyard land beside the town's Tesco store says developers Gallagher.
The development will have 13 non-food retail units, a hotel and a pub/restaurant and around 600 parking spaces.
Construction will start next year subject to planning amendments needed to meet the requirements of potential retail tenants.
